1 dwelling per lot per County of Hawaii Zoning Code and
State Land Use Agriculture Designation, owner may apply for an additional farm
dwelling permit.

First dwelling built shall be no less than 1500 square feet
under roof and 1000 square feet in living area with no restriction on the maximum

35 feet from original grade

All lots of five acres or more have a minimum 60-foot building setback from
the roadway and 40 foot setback front side and rear property lines.

The first fifty (50) feet of a lots driveway from the roadway must be paved.

Improvement must be completed within two (2) years after
commencement.

No lots can be further subdivided or consolidated.
