Additional farm dwellings possible with permit from County of Hawaii

First dwelling built shall be no less than 1500 square feet under roof & a minimum of 1000 square feet in living area.
Additional dwelling sizes are not restricted

35 feet from original grade

All lots have a minimum 60-foot building setback from any roadway and 40 foot setback from the side and rear property lines.

The first fifty (50) feet of driveway from the roadway must be paved.

Improvement must be completed within two (2) years after commencement.

No lots can be further subdivided or consolidated.

Allowed with a permit from County of Hawaii and approval of Design Review Committee

Water connection is available and metered at each lot. Lot Owner responsible for connection and installing a backflow preventer at the meter.
Water filtration system required before the home.

Photovoltaic. HELCO connection will not be provided.

This assessment is $100.00 per month per lot. Dues will be collected once County issues final subdivision approval.
Dues are used for Common Area Maintenance, Reserves, Insurance, Management expenses and related expenses.
